1. Order picker

As an Order Picker, you’ll be responsible for packing and shipping our online orders quickly and accurately.

Your responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack items for online orders
  • Ensure proper and secure packaging
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking inventory

What we’re looking for:

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Flexible and helpful during busy periods

2. Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the link between our boutique and our customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries
  • Assist customers with product questions and order status
  • Handle returns and complaints in a professional manner

What we’re looking for:

  • Friendly and service-minded approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail
