Returns at Ava Premium Outlet New York

We hope you are happy with your purchase. Should you still wish to return an item, you can easily do so within 30 days of receipt.

How to return:

1. Make sure the item is unused and in its original condition.
2. Please complete the online return form first, or alternatively send an email to info@avapremiumoutlet.com with your order number and reason for return.
3. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
4. Pack the item carefully and keep your shipping receipt.
