At Isabella Lane Boutique, we strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. This page outlines our return policy clearly and transparently.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns can only be requested once you have physically received the item.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including international postage if applicable.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Trying on items to assess the fit is permitted, but wearing them beyond this is not.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Please notify us of your return within 30 days of receiving your order via info@isabellalaneboutique.com.
  2. You will receive a return address based on the warehouse location your order was fulfilled from (typically USA, EU, or Asia).
  3. Ship the item back to the provided address at your own expense. Any customs duties or fees must also be covered by the customer.
  4. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved based on its condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows delivery to the address provided by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
